Tungsten Engineered Materials
Marketech represents the Ashot Heavy Metal Products Co., a world leader in sintered tungsten alloy parts. Ashot uses the latest cold isostatic pressing technology and a variety sintering techniques including deformation and heat treatment. Ashot produces a wide variety of competitively priced tungsten products in a Total Quality Management environment with meets MIL-Q-9858A and ISO 9001.
We can offer a wide variety of tungsten alloys with tungsten content ranging from 40 to 97% featuring varying degrees of physical and mechanical properties. We also offer W-Fe, W-Cu and W-Co alloys to meet your specifications.
We can produce an impressive variety of shapes, sizes and weights ranging from 1 gram to 180 pounds (80kg). The density of tungsten is 65% more than lead and it provides 80% more radiation shielding than lead for the same thickness.
